The Nova class is a gigantic, six-legged fighting platform. With its enormous lifting capacity, it can carry enough weaponry to sweep smaller mechs away in a single salvo, and its thick armor plating can withstand all but the most determined of assaults. All of this was achievable only at the expense of the unit's speed. The Nova is a very slow mech and it is therefore recommended that on the battlefield it should receive support from the smaller, more maneuverable mech classes.
